To the extent that any liability of the Centum Parties is not excluded under these Terms or under applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Centum Parties, for all claims, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Website, shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual direct damages incurred by you; or (b) INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) or such minimum amount as may be mandatorily required under applicable law, whichever is lower. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend (at Centum’s option), and hold harmless the Centum Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or in connection with:

Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law;
Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity, including any intellectual property or privacy rights; or

Centum reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate fully with Centum in asserting any available defences.
12. User Conduct, Security, and Suspension
In addition to the obligations set out elsewhere in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
a) Upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any material containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful data;
b) Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to the Website;
c) Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any security or authentication measures implemented in relation to the Website;
