Vaishali belong to a middle-class family, where parents were not able to afford a high-end education. Best part of the programme is everyone, who is coming under the eligibility criteria and dedicated towards her future goal can attend this training at no cost. Right now, Vaishali is working with Capgemini.

Vaishali received information about this programme from her TPO and then decided to join it because of nice curriculum (Full Stack application development-JEE) and soft skills. She got complete support of her family and trainers during training. Training lasts for 4 months and she learnt Java programming skills from scratch, front end skills, integration of various tools and how to create end to end application, communication skills, soft skills, etc.

Vaishali shared, “I was very depressed, demotivated about my career when I was not the part of this programme. However, when I joined this training and learnt all recommended skills in the best way, I was shortlisted in Capgemini just after one month of training. Trainers are very friendly and they taught us in a very friendly manner. They shared a lot of knowledge with us.”

I am really thankful to the Capgemini team and She ARISE 2.0 team to given me this opportunity and supporting in the best way. My parents are very proud of me. I came from a middle class family, and now I am helping my parents and siblings in maintaining a decent life style. My opinion matters now and I am contributing in important decisions of my family. This is the most satisfying aspect which become possible because of my self-dependency.”
