Centum Foundation hosted a 10-day Self-Defense Camp at our Skill Development Center in Delhi, in collaboration with SPUWAC, Delhi Police. This special initiative trained 60 women in practical self-defense techniques, addressing a critical need for personal safety and confidence as an integral part of their holistic development journey.

The camp introduced participants to essential self-defense skills, including effective blocking and escaping strategies, situational awareness, and personal safety planning. Expert trainers from SPUWAC, Delhi Police, led these sessions, ensuring women were equipped to handle real-life scenarios with confidence and composure.

In addition to the physical techniques, the program also focused on psychological preparedness and situational awareness, helping participants recognize potential risks and stay composed in challenging circumstances. This comprehensive approach empowered women not only to protect themselves but also to feel more secure in their daily lives.

For many of the participants, this was a transformative experience, building their confidence to step forward with greater assurance. By offering such initiatives as part of our commitment to holistic development, Centum Foundation continues to equip women with the skills they need to thrive personally and professionally.

We are proud to collaborate with SPUWAC, Delhi Police, to bring impactful programs like this to our centers. Together, we aim to empower women with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and independence.
