A result-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit with deep interest and passion for thematic areas like women entrepreneurship, livelihood and employability projects, education and people with different abilities, have formulated a strategy for mobilizing funds for the right beneficiaries through due diligence, designing innovative methods of employee engagement and other stakeholders.

She commenced her social sector journey with a non-profit organization Drishtee Foundation which worked in northern rural states of India. In her professional journey, she has worked with NSDC- for Skill India initiatives in J&K and led CSR for MetLife, and Walchand group. Handled large-scale women empowerment and livelihood projects for AIF and EdelGive Foundation. She currently leads CSR initiatives for the Farm Division at Mahindra & Mahindra and drives large-scale programs PAN India.
