Mitali resides in Bhadrak area of Odisha and there are 5 members in her family. Her father is a Daily labor, and her brother is continuing his studies. After completing graduation, she was dilemmatic about her future. She wanted to do something through which she can support her family. Seeking her interest, one of her friends suggested her to take admission in Employability Enhancement Training Course sponsored by “Mahindra and Mahindra” and implemented by “Centum Foundation”.

The course was being offered free of cost. So, she came to the Skillitude Training Centre to take admission for the Employability Enhancement Program. This program helped Mitali in starting a new life.

The course had many benefits which primarily include financial stability. This course helped her in gaining meaningful knowledge regarding job. It is due to her diligence, that she got the job opportunity at “Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance” at the monthly income of Rs. 10,000. Now Mitali is supporting her family financially.
