The Farm Mechanization Project continues to strengthen its impact with the launch of a new batch in Ajmer. This initiative, in collaboration with Mahindra & Mahindra, is tailored to equip farmers with practical knowledge of modern mechanization tools and sustainable farming practices.

The event was graced by D.C. Trivedi, Plant Head, and Kulveer Singh, Admin Head, from Mahindra & Mahindra, alongside local leaders Jeetendra (Sarpanch) and Mansingh (Upsarpanch). Their presence reinforced the shared commitment to fostering rural development through innovative skill-building initiatives.

Centum Foundation facilitated the training, which includes hands-on sessions designed to enhance productivity while promoting environmental sustainability. This batch stands out with 30% of its participants being women, showcasing the project’s focus on inclusivity and gender equity in agriculture.

During the launch, D.C. Trivedi expressed his enthusiasm for the project’s expansion beyond Jaipur to Ajmer, highlighting its potential to scale to other locations. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in creating sustainable livelihoods and empowering communities.
