Sagarika brings over 20 years of experience developing and leading CSR, sustainability, and social development initiatives across India. She has demonstrated her expertise in strategy and program management across various thematic areas, including skilling & entrepreneurship, public health, environmental conservation, and special needs education.

Sagarika is currently the Head of CSR for all SAP entities within India and is responsible for steering CSR initiatives and strategies in line with SAP's overarching global sustainability strategy. In the past, she served as Lead CSR at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and and ESG Communications for the Godrej Industries Group. Before that, Sagarika was part of the founding team at NASSCOM Foundation, among other assignments. Sagarika holds two master's degrees from the London School of Economics and is also a trained Special Needs Educator.

Arpit Sharma

Arpit Sharma serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ). With over five years at SCGJ, he has progressed from heading the Assessment and Accreditation Department to Vice President for Strategy and Operations. Arpit's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from the University of Delhi, Kirori Mal College, and a Management program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K). His expertise in assessment, accreditation, and strategic leadership contributes to SCGJ's operational excellence.

Before SCGJ, Arpit made substantial contributions to the Kirloskar Group's Tidal and Marine Energy Business and gained financial sector experience at global institutions like HSBC Bank, Deutsche Bank, and the Development Bank of Singapore (DBS). His leadership at SCGJ led to global recognition at the World Skills 2022 event, emphasizing SCGJ's proficiency in Renewable Energy Skills. Arpit actively fosters international partnerships, with notable agreements signed with the World Bank and the German Solar Association, BSW Solar. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his nomination for a study tour to Germany in 2023, staying updated on global renewable energy developments.
