Through our CSR initiatives, we enhance the lives of marginalized communities in India by offering job-oriented training that emphasizes essential modern skills including digital and financial literacy, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Curated for a diverse audience, our programs cater to different beneficiaries, including school dropouts, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and victims of domestic abuse, amongst others. Our livelihood skilling programs equip disadvantaged youth with the necessary skills to earn a sustainable living, benefitting from partnerships with organizations such as Essilor, Google, and Bata.

We are committed to empowering individuals with essential skills and resources for sustainable living and household resilience. Our mission is to alleviate poverty and stimulate economic growth by fostering entrepreneurship and livelihood generation. Our comprehensive program encompasses entrepreneurship training, sustainable agriculture practices, agroforestry, green businesses, and support for Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and group businesses.

Our approach is holistic and facilitative, structured in four key stages: entrepreneurship training with ongoing support, enhancing farmers' capacities in sustainable agriculture, agroforestry capacity building, and assisting youth entrepreneurs in establishing group-based enterprises.

This bottom-up approach ensures we equip individuals with the tools and expertise necessary for entrepreneurial success and sustainable livelihoods, contributing to a brighter, more prosperous future.

Our strategy involves scholarships for low-income students, smart classrooms, STEM labs, remedial classes, career counseling, initiatives to keep girls in school, skill development, gender and health education, teacher training in modern teaching methods, and sustainability education.
