The goal of the project was to empower 1326 women by providing them with opportunities for meaningful employment in the healthcare sector. Through the project, participants were trained to become semi-skilled General Duty Assistants (GDAs).
The program targets individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Mobilization efforts focused on identifying candidates who truly needed the training, ensuring resources were allocated efficiently. As the project was female centric, particular emphasis was placed on supporting them through the entire training and assessment process, ultimately leading to secure and meaningful employment opportunities.
Conducting robust mobilization drives was crucial for ensuring the successful end-to-end completion of the project. This involved thorough efforts to identify and engage with potential candidates who would benefit from the training. Additionally, finding an appropriate training center was essential as it not only facilitated the training process but also aided in the mobilization efforts. A well-chosen training center that was easily accessible and conducive to learning helped attract candidates and contributed to the overall success of the project.
