Target Beneficiaries

Students of age group 14-29 years who are looking for job or would be interested in doing job​

Challenge

​Making the students complete the course, mobilizing the precise set of students of the prescribed age group, collecting certificates and phone numbers of the students for Audit.​

Strategy

​Mass concept sharing to be done at different institute, sensitizing the students and targeting the students who are genuinely interested.

Journey

  • Mobilization: Targeted outreach in collaboration with local NGOs, educational institutes, and government bodies.​
  • Concept Sharing: Sensitization of the authorities, teachers and students.
  • Process and Certifications: Registration of the candidates, completion of course, appearing in the assessment and then certification.
  • Outcome​

  • Training & Certification: 100% target achievement with 1,10,000 beneficiaries certified.​
  • Inclusivity: Gender inclusion with age limit of 14-29.​
  • Environmental Sustainability: Everything is done on portal and virtually hence no environment harm.
  • Solutions​

    Initially, the program started with CBSE and Non CBSE, then the focus shifted to college students and of age group 18+, Although it became more effortful to connect to tier 2 and tier 3 colleges, but this challenge was overcome by connecting to ITI colleges, and college authorities helped to for it connecting with the candidates and the authorities helped eventually.​
