Intending to educate candidates from EWS background targeting from IT background with a specific focus on guaranteeing 80% female participation by providing training in IT-related Domain. Targeted domain on which the candidates to be trained is Full Stack JAVA
The key obstacles faced were encouraging an elevated proportion of female candidates to join, interaction between team and candidates through mixed training modes, candidate’s socio-economic backgrounds, community and familial pressures.
In order to improve program efficacy and participant success, the strategy included providing flexible learning alternatives and life skills training, planning networking events and empowerment seminars, setting up feedback mechanisms, and recognizing participant accomplishments.
The training timeline was modified in order to better accommodate the candidates’ training and academic commitments. Using a hybrid training mode helped to address problems with the initial training method.
