Socio-cultural constraints, financial barriers, technical skills gaps, retention amidst family pressures, job placement in IT’s male-dominated sector, monitoring and support needs, and effective environmental sustainability integration.
Strategy was offering flexible learning options and life skills training, organizing networking events and empowerment workshops, establishing feedback mechanisms, and celebrating participant’s achievements to enhance program effectiveness and participant success.
Challenges in implementing a hybrid training mode for the program include ensuring equal access to technology, addressing potential technical issues, and maintaining engagement across online and offline components. Solutions involve providing necessary support, conducting orientation sessions, and implementing interactive learning activities to facilitate effective training delivery.
