The She Arise 2.0 program, implemented by Centum Foundation in partnership with Capgemini, made a significant impact at Capgemini’s Innovate Her – Women in Tech event held at the Pune Hinjewadi Campus. This inspiring hackathon provided a platform for 28 female candidates to demonstrate their skills and creativity while tackling critical themes such as Circular Economy, Carbon Management, Environmental Conservation, Water Conservation, and Energy Efficiency.

During the event, the participants engaged in dynamic presentations, utilizing various IT technologies to refine and showcase their innovative solutions. The hackathon was structured to foster creativity, collaboration, and proactive engagement, ensuring that each project made a meaningful societal impact. Participants presented their ideas using posters, charts, and technical tools, demonstrating their clarity and professionalism.

Mentors from Capgemini provided invaluable guidance and feedback throughout the hackathon, helping teams overcome challenges and enhance their projects. The jury evaluated the projects based on innovation, sustainable impact, market potential, practicality, and presentation quality. This experience not only provided our female candidates with valuable insights but also allowed them to showcase their innovative solutions to industry experts.

The She Arise 2.0 program is a specially designed learning intervention aimed at enhancing the technical and cognitive skills of our female candidates. The initiative includes peer learning circles and project-based learning, creating a holistic approach to skill development.
