Centum Foundation has been honored by the School Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand, for their transformative Digital Classrooms Project. The award, presented by Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, acknowledges the collaborative efforts in revolutionizing the educational landscape of Uttarakhand.
The Digital Classrooms Project aimed to elevate the quality of education in 20 government schools across Uttarakhand, specifically targeting aspirational districts like Haridwar. Through this initiative, digital panels were successfully installed in classrooms, providing interactive content mapped to the NCERT curriculum. This technology integration has made learning more engaging and accessible for over 8,500 students and 160+ teachers.
The impact of this project has been profound. By transforming traditional classrooms into smart classrooms, the current education status of government schools has been significantly improved, paving the way for a brighter educational future. The benefits of this initiative extend beyond the classroom, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the broader educational community.
Gratitude is extended to the Government of Uttarakhand and Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami for recognizing these efforts. Special acknowledgment goes to Mahima Singh and Sarthak Behl, who represented Centum Foundation at the award ceremony.
As the boundaries of educational innovation continue to be pushed, this award serves as a testament to the commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change. The mission of empowering students and educators through cutting-edge technology and strategic partnerships remains a driving force.
