Dr. Sarba Narayan Mishra is the Professor and Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics at the Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in Bhubaneswar, India. He also serves as the Director of the Agriculture Consultancy Support Service Cell and the Honorary Director of the Cost of Cultivation Scheme at OUAT.
