We effectively partner with both central and state governments to deliver vocational training at the broadest level. Our focus is to create skills to take advantage of the opportunities available across multiple sectors.

Strengthening a young nation
Acquiring vocational skills during education builds a foundation for employability for the individual. Multiplied manifold, it builds the strength of the nation. Centum WorkSkills India (CWSI), an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, is focused on providing employable skills to a broad spectrum of youth both at schools and college level.

CWSI is redefining vocational education in schools, from Class 9 onwards by following the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) designed by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) and implemented by respective Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) at the state level; our focus is on holistic skill development that enables a direct transition to the job market.
We have already covered more than 2,000 schools across 21 States/ UTs and trained over 2,00,000 students. Key training interventions are:

Skilled entry-level manpower is crucial to business, and many corporates have outsourced the entire process of hiring and training to professional skill training organisations. Our pan India network of skill centres prepare training batches of candidates for corporates under various models ready to be productive from day one at client organisations.
