Project Skill Up – Empowering the Next Generation, in collaboration with Infosys Foundation, is driving transformation across India by bridging classroom learning with real-world career readiness. The program recently reached a major milestone—training over 5,400 individuals, with 2,970+ successfully placed and more than 2,300 women empowered to pursue their aspirations.

Spanning North, South, East, and West India, the program has built a truly national skilling ecosystem. With training centers embedded in key locations and partnerships with over 35 colleges, the initiative ensures that talent, no matter where it resides, gets the opportunity to shine.

Field visits to prominent centers across these regions offered first-hand insight into the impact on ground. From bustling campuses in the South to rising industrial hubs in the North, each center echoed the same story—of aspiration, hard work, and transformation. Certification ceremonies held at several sites brought communities together in celebration, reinforcing the importance of collective progress.

Participants are equipped with a blend of technical and soft skills designed to meet industry needs. Beyond classroom instruction, hands-on learning, interview readiness modules, and workplace exposure gave them a competitive edge in the job market. Many of the beneficiaries, particularly women, shared that this was their first step toward financial independence and personal growth.

The success of Project Skill Up lies not just in numbers but in its inclusive and location-aware approach. By embedding training within local contexts and working closely with academic institutions, the program ensures accessibility and relevance.

This collaboration with Infosys Foundation is not just about employment—it’s about long-term empowerment. Project Skill Up continues to create pathways for a better tomorrow, reaffirming that with the right support, skills can indeed transform futures.
