The Skill Up – Empowering the Next Generation initiative, supported by Infosys Foundation, is creating career opportunities by equipping young professionals with technical expertise, workplace readiness, and industry-relevant skills. To celebrate their progress, a Certificate Distribution Ceremony was held at Integral University, recognizing students who have successfully completed their training and are now prepared to step into the professional world.

With over 5,400 learners enrolled and nearly 3,000 placed in jobs, this initiative is actively bridging the gap between education and employment. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and career guidance, students are being empowered with in-demand skills that enhance their employability. So far, 2,537 students have been trained, while 1,475 candidates are currently undergoing training in domains that align with evolving industry needs.

During the certification event, students shared their experiences, highlighting how the program has transformed their career prospects and given them the confidence to pursue opportunities in the job market. Faculty members and mentors encouraged them to apply their newly acquired skills effectively, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and professional growth.
