As part of the She Arise 2.0 program, a recent industrial visit to Capgemini’s Hyderabad Campus offered a unique and enriching experience for 20 of our She Arise candidates. This visit was designed to provide the candidates with firsthand exposure to the professional environment of a leading tech company, enhancing their understanding and preparedness for careers in the IT industry.
The visit included a comprehensive tour of Capgemini’s modern facilities, allowing the candidates to witness the dynamic work culture and advanced technological infrastructure. The highlight of the visit was the series of mock interviews conducted by the Capgemini team. These mock interviews were an invaluable opportunity for the candidates to experience real-world interview scenarios, receive constructive feedback, and improve their interview skills.
The She Arise 2.0 program, in collaboration with Capgemini, aims to empower women by providing them with the necessary skills and experiences to succeed in the IT sector. This industrial visit was a significant step in bridging the gap between education and employment, giving the candidates practical insights into the industry and boosting their confidence.
The event also underscored the importance of industry-academia partnerships in creating impactful learning experiences. By working together, Centum Foundation and Capgemini are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where women are equipped to take on leadership roles in the tech industry.
Through initiatives like these, we continue to reaffirm our commitment to women’s empowerment and skill development. The She Arise 2.0 program is dedicated to transforming the lives of women, enabling them to achieve their professional aspirations and contribute to the growth of the tech industry.
We are proud of the progress our candidates have made and look forward to seeing them excel in their careers. This visit marks another milestone in our journey to empower women and drive meaningful change in the community.
