Post onboarding its new hires, an organisation needs to deliver induction training to ensure the smooth arrival of the new employees. Given the norm in the industry in which the organisation operates, all employees, regardless of their roles, undergo a standard induction training in a program that covers induction by various business leaders making a segment of the induction training redundant for a few new hires.
