The Graduation Ceremony held in Hyderabad under the HCL UDAY Skilling Program marked a proud moment of achievement for 180 youth trained for industry-relevant careers.

Implemented in collaboration with Centum Foundation, the program equipped 120 candidates with skills in the Food & Beverage sector and 60 candidates with high-end technical training in Python, Tableau, SQL, and Database Management.

Graduates received their course completion certificates, while those placed were also awarded offer letters from their respective hiring organizations. The ceremony stood as a celebration of their perseverance, learning, and successful transition into the workforce.

Key representatives from HCL Foundation—Mr. Srinivasan Aravamudhan, Executive Vice President, HCL Tech; Mr. Gaurav Majumdar, Thematic Lead – Skill Development & Livelihood; Mrs. Deekshitha, Skill Development Lead, HCL Tech; and Mr. Mahender Kasula, Manager, HCL Foundation—were present to honor the graduates.

The event also welcomed notable dignitaries: Mr. Shrikant Sinha, CEO, Telangana Academy for Skills and Knowledge; Mr. Nagesh, Joint Director, Department of Telecommunication, Government of Telangana; and Mr. Shrikanth from the Telecom Sector.


Representing Centum Foundation, Mr. Dhruv Mittal and Mr. Shobhit Srivastava congratulated the trainees and emphasized the importance of continued support and mentorship in their professional journeys.
