From North to Northeast India, Mahindra Group’s continued commitment to skill development is creating meaningful impact through focused, industry-aligned training programs implemented by Centum Foundation.

In Shahjahanpur, the Employability Enhancement Program under the Kaabil initiative enabled 591 candidates to complete over 100 hours of training in communication, resume building, and LinkedIn readiness. The certification ceremony celebrated their transformation into job-ready individuals prepared to enter the workforce with confidence.

In Delhi, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad, 1,500 women graduated from the Kaabil Initiative for Women Economic Empowerment.

With a structured curriculum covering digital literacy, interview preparation, and workplace communication, the program nurtured employability and self-belief—empowering participants to step into professional roles with purpose.



In Jammu & Kashmir, a focused Certification Drive at Saifi Skill Academy saw over 1,000 women trained in soft skills, leadership, and personality development.

Designed to expand employment pathways in a region with limited access to such opportunities, the program fostered both professional readiness and a renewed sense of possibility.

In Dimapur, Nagaland, 330+ youth completed training in Automotive Service Technician – Four-Wheeler and Customer Care Executive roles. The Convocation and Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony marked their readiness for real-world roles in the automotive sector, highlighting Mahindra Group’s resolve in reaching underserved regions with transformative skilling.
