As part of the ongoing Youth Skill Development Program supported by Decathlon Sports India, Centum Foundation conducted a certification ceremony at its Ludhiana center, recognizing learners who successfully completed training in the Tally domain.
A parallel training initiative in Retail Trainee Associate is also underway at the Pune center.
The program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the expectations of today’s job market. Through hands-on sessions, expert-led modules, and a strong focus on both technical and workplace readiness skills, young participants are gaining the confidence and capabilities needed to step into professional roles.
With over 540 youth currently enrolled, this initiative reflects a strong commitment to sustainable impact through skill development. Participants shared their enthusiasm for the opportunity to build future-ready skills and expressed gratitude to their trainers and mentors for their constant support.
The certification event served as a moment of recognition—not only for the learners’ efforts but also for the shared vision of empowering communities through access to quality training and growth opportunities.
Together with Decathlon, Centum Foundation continues to support young people on their journeys from learning to thriving—ensuring they are equipped to build meaningful careers and contribute to their communities.
