Swayam health – women empowerment intervention
Centum Foundation partnered with RPG Foundation under their flagship program Swayam – to train women in the healthcare sector (courses such as General Duty Assistant & Pharmacy Assistant) in Delhi & NCR, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Hyderabad, Vasai and Aurangabad to meet the over-stretched human resource demand. In addition, women in Delhi NCR were also trained on two-wheeler delivery associate job role.
This project has touched the lives of several women in these different states and will continue to empower the disadvantaged faction of the society by bridging the gender gap in organized sector jobs.
