UDAY – skill development program
Centum Foundation partnered with HCL Foundation to provide job-related skill training to women & youth in Hyderabad under their flagship program UDAY – Skill Development. The courses offered were Customer Call Executive, Office Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant, Retail Trainee Associate which covered multiple sectors and segments of target beneficiaries.
Seeing the performance, HCL Foundation asked us to train underprivileged youth in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh in the healthcare, IT, logistics and retail sector and to provide them with employment opportunities.
