    Location :- Delhi NCR, Hyderabad & Bangalore​
    Youths from final year or pass out B.TECH , BCA background with a special focus on including IT graduates, focusing on providing specialized training in the technical fields of Cyber Security, and Data Analysis. This specialized training equips them with a comprehensive skill set tailored to meet the dynamic demands of the rapidly evolving tech landscape, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation across multiple domains.

    Challenge​

    In a virtual training session for Data Analysts and Cyber Security ensuring equal participation poses challenges, especially for marginalized groups facing limited access to resources. To mitigate this, we focus on inclusive online training programs and sustainable practices. This approach fosters a diverse and adept workforce prepared to excel in the continually evolving virtual tech realm.​

    Our strategy for training in our batches was comprehensive, catering to all candidates’ needs. We particularly focused on inclusive practices , solidify projects ensuring equal opportunities by giving special attention to addressing the requirements of our aspirants.​

  • Placement: Strategic engagement with local businesses partners, and recruitment agencies, covering placements in diverse, IT/ITES job sectors.​
  • Training: A blend of technical sessions and projects, hands-on learning in real-world scenarios, culminating in 1050 beneficiaries trained.​
  • Assessment & Certifications: Thorough assessment leading to industry certifications endorsed by Accenture, highlighting the program’s quality and relevance.​
  • Placement: Strategic partnerships with corporations ensured meaningful employment opportunities through mock interviews and job fairs.

  • Challenges & Solutions​

    To tackle the challenges related to placements, we opted different strategies for our aspirants. We teamed up with companies and job recruiters via LinkedIn and other job portals also we headed to meet potential employers in person to create more job opportunities. We also made sure our candidates had the skills they needed for these jobs, not just technical skills, but also things like communication and problem-solving.​
    We provided extra support too, like practice interviews and help with resumes, so our candidates could stand out in job interviews. ​
