Program Objectives​

  • To train and certify 200 underprivileged youths in job roles critical to IT Industry.​
  • To ensure a placement rate of 70% among certified participants, prioritizing inclusivity with a focus on women and SC/ST participants.
  • Target Beneficiaries​

    Location :- Hyderabad, Warangal & Khammam ​
    Economically disadvantaged youths from Engineering background, with a specific focus on ensuring 100% female participation, this project aims to provide training in IT-based roles. Total target beneficiaries 200 out of them 70 % placement target.​

    Challenge​

    The main challenges included encouraging a higher percentage of female candidates to apply, fostering connection between the team and candidates through a variety of training modalities, the socioeconomic backgrounds of the candidates, and demands from the community and family. ​

    Strategy​​

    In order to improve program efficacy and participant success, the strategy included providing flexible learning alternatives and life skills training, planning networking events and empowerment seminars, setting up feedback mechanisms, and recognizing participant accomplishments.​

    Journey​

  • Mobilization: Focused outreach carried out in association with regional beneficiaries, educational Institutions, across major cities in India, etc.​
  • Training: A blend of theoretical sessions and practical, hands-on learning in real-world scenarios, culminating in 200 beneficiaries trained.​
  • Assessment & Certifications: Candidates’ progress in understanding was monitored during the training period by means of regular assessments, culminating in a final assessment that verified their qualifications as professionals.
  • Placement: Realistic career opportunities were ensured via smart partnerships with companies through mock interviews and job fairs.
  • Outcome​

  • Training & Certification: 100% target achievement with 200 beneficiaries trained and certified.​
  • Inclusivity: Surpassed gender and social equity targets, empowering 200 women and SC/ST and OBC participants.
  • Challenges & Solutions​

    To better meet the candidates’ training and academic responsibilities, the training schedule was adjusted. The issues with the original training system were addressed with the use of a hybrid training mode.​
