Target Beneficiaries
Location :- Hyderabad, Delhi NCR & Maharashtra
Female candidates from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, specifically those belonging to the EWS category with a family income of less than 5 LPA. The focus is on including females, ensuring that all participants meet the specified criteria.
Challenge
Socio-cultural constraints, financial barriers, technical skills gaps, retention amidst family pressures, job placement in IT’s male-dominated sector, monitoring and support needs, and effective environmental sustainability integration.
Strategy
Strategy was offering flexible learning options and life skills training, organizing networking events and empowerment workshops, establishing feedback mechanisms, and celebrating participant’s achievements to enhance program effectiveness and participant success.
Journey
Mobilization: outreach and recruitment, followed by participant selection and orientation. Provide information about the program’s benefits and requirements and facilitate the application process.
Training: Deliver comprehensive training modules ,covering technical skills, soft skills, and industry-specific knowledge. Offer hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance learning outcomes.
Assessment & Certifications: Conduct regular assessments to gauge participant’s progress and proficiency levels. Provide certifications upon successful completion of training modules and assessments.
Placement: Facilitate job placement opportunities through partnerships with relevant industries and employers.
Outcome
Training & Certification: 100% target achievement with 1650 beneficiaries trained and certified.
