Employability training for final year female undergraduates

With the vision of building a pipeline of women leaders in the technological field, it is imperative for organizations to lay the basic foundations that are aligned with the corporate philosophy and vision when it comes to developing women techies. To bridge the gender gap and get more representation of skilled women human resource in the IT Sector, Centum Foundation has trained 1650 women graduates till the year 2023 from STEM field in Delhi NCR and Hyderabad in upcoming Technical Skills enhancing not only their domain Skills but strongly focusing on enhancing their employability skills.
