Larashree aged 25 years resides in Pirahat, Bhadrak and there are 4 members in her family. Her father and mother both are working in a small photo studio and her sister is studying. After completing her +3. grade, she was consistently looking for a job opportunity as she wants to be a self-dependent girl and wants to join in an industry.

After giving multiple interviews, she was not getting Jobs. Amid this, she came to know about the “Employability Enhancement Program”. As a part of this project, free of cost training was being offered in Skillitude Training Centre & supported by “Mahindra & Mahindra” and implemented by “Centum foundation” took this as a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow. She registered her name for the training and got fine knowledge on performing the Job in an organized way as a part of this training.
The training helped her in learning various new things.

After completing the training, she got the job opportunity at “Skillwyse Foundation” on 15th Jan-2024. She says that this training has aided her in the reduction of any work rejections or re-works thus increasing the work productivity.

Now she supports her family with a month income of Rs-9,000/- Per month. She thanked Skillitude, “Mahindra & Mahindra” and Centum foundation for providing this wonderful opportunity to her.
