The objective is to provide training and certification to 600 disadvantaged young individuals, equipping them with the skills needed for various job roles such as Warehouse Packer, Inventory Clerk, Front Office Associate, and Room Attendant. The aim is not only to certify them but also to ensure that 70% of these certified participants secure employment. This initiative aims to empower these youths with the necessary skills and opportunities to enter the workforce successfully, thereby enhancing their economic prospects and fostering social inclusion.
The program targets individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 who come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The project is dedicated to identifying and training the right candidates, focusing on those who will benefit most from the programs. It aims to provide comprehensive training that includes thorough assessments and certification upon completion. The initiative also emphasizes ensuring these candidates not only complete their training successfully but also secure good job opportunities in their respective fields. By doing so, the project supports the professional growth and employability of the participants, enhancing their career prospects and contributing to their overall economic upliftment.
To ensure the success of the project in terms of both training and placements, robust mobilization drives were conducted. These efforts aimed to identify and recruit candidates who were the right fit for the training programs, ensuring that they would benefit from the initiatives. Additionally, the project prioritized achieving a placement rate of 70% for the total candidates enrolled.
